Security Deposit: There is a deposit of $200 per rental item upon booking. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the rental item, minus any damage fees.
Condition of Equipment Upon Return & Additional Fees:
Please return rentals in the same condition as when delivered to you, ordinary wear and tear is expected. Per the rental contract, you agree that:

You will return the Equipment in clean condition. If the Equipment is not clean, you agree to pay Healthy Horizons a minimum cleaning fee of $50.00. The Equipment must be cleaned with an approved cleaner, such as Cavicide. Unapproved cleaners include, but are not limited to, Bleach, Clorox Wipes and Lysol Wipes.

You will return the Equipment in good repair. If the Equipment is not in good repair, you agree to pay Healthy Horizons a minimum charge of $200.00.

If a case was included and is missing with an Equipment rental, you agree to pay Healthy Horizons $150.00 for the replacement cost.

If a bottle holder was included and is missing with an Equipment rental, you agree to pay Healthy Horizons $19.00 for the replacement cost.
- Payment for missing items will be charged at the time the rental is received and completed.
- Missing items can be returned to either the Burlingame or Menlo Park store and receive a refund of the cost of the missing item within 2 weeks after the rental is returned. There are no refunds after 2 weeks from the returned date.
